back in the days as a very young girl walking on albert street comming home from school.my class mate an i will say mr.andy.he will say hello how are you.and give a smile.a smile which i can still remeber up until this day.
well god give and god take.and this is just mr.palacio time to go and be with his father.his time on earth is done.when that man we call god say i am ready for you.may god bless his soul an our prays are with his family.
