A Howler's Tale

Trying out another video. Would love to have some comments on usuability, quality, etc. You will need a high bandwidth connection to view it.

In the rain forests of Belize, instincts drive the daily struggle for survival; and at the end of the day, some animals make it and some don't. This is the story of a young howler monkey separated from his mother. He soon becomes the focus of confrontation between two rival troops. Stranded 50 feet above the jungle floor, too far from his mother for rescue, the young howler is attacked by the large monkeys of the rival troop until the inevitable occurs.

"Crawler Lightning" Video

Incredible footage of a "crawler lightning" display at Dangriga, Belize. Intracloud lightning is the most common type of lightning. Lightning that appears to travels extensively along the cloud anvil or its base is commonly called a crawler, or sometimes 'spider lightning'. Discharges of electricity in anvil crawlers travel up the sides of the cumulonimbus cloud and branching out. (Excuse the misspelling of "Lightening")

This is a large file. If you are having trouble viewing, try the following:
